Small cramped room. Bathroom had only a shower stall with very poor drainage. Bathroom fan did not work. Extra pillows and blankets were supposed to be in a community closet in the hallway but it was always empty. simple amenities such as a luggage rack in the room, TV instructions, even a pen on the desk, were not there. Only one chair in the room for a double occupancy room.

The hotel location was great but the rooms were basic and the bathroom tiny. This should not be rated as a four star hotel. Good for a weekend in the city, very affordable and clean, but just a place to sleep..

Very nice hotel! There are chilled purified water stations on ever floor, which is very nice, and the supply closets are a nice touch if you want extra pillows. The rooms aren't huge, but you don't need a ton of space.
