The staff was very helpful, arranging another room for us at a discount price and helping us with maneuvering about the town.
The regular rooms were very small. No room for a cot.

Quite thoughful hotel for customers. Free wifi, coffee bar, fruits!
The rooms are quite old, some smell when you first get it. After openning the window for a while it is better.

Located in the banks areas, walking distance to tower bridge and tube station, very convient. free wifi and coffee bar,bottled water, fruits for customers, good service!

The location was good for getting in to the city but not a lot going on as it is in the financial district.
The room as tiny and basic, same with the bathroom. Also hadn't been cleaned very well - biscuit crumbs all over the floor and a pair of men's underwear left in the closet!

Close to the tube which is good because there is not a lot in the area, especially on weekends everything is closed. Our room was tiny and had a weird set up and was also not cleaned well before we arrived.

Great location, close to buses, the tube (subway) and walking distance to London Bridge and surrounding sites as well as the train station for Gatwick. Staff were friendly, courteous and help us with our travel arrangements.

Easy to get around London on the double decker buses and the tube. Everyone is helpful with directions. There is an info centre at most underground stations. Maps are available everywhere. A day pass is only 7.30 pounds and will get you everywhere within zone 1 & 2. This includes most of the attractions within the London area.

Die Eingangshalle empfängt den Gast mit viel Repäsentation und Grossstadtatributen. Also alles wie es sich für London gehört, sehr "british"
Wenig missfällt, einzig die deutlich hörbare Lüftung der Flure, das heisst die Zimmertüren sind sehr ringhörig.

Das Hotel liegt im Bankenviertel, ist einwandfrei erschlossen und unter der Woche ist in dem Viertel viel los. Am Wochenende ist es eher ruhig. Macht nichts, weil alle Hot Spots im Umkreis von max. 3/4 Std. zu Fuss liegen.

Great location near the Tower of London; right on bus and tube line.
Did not have cots, we had to upgrade to a suite ($$) in order to have a foldout couch for kids to sleep on.

Good clean and friendly, exceeded my expectations.
There was nothing!

Hotel was in a great location reasonably priced, very clean and functional. The rooms all had every type of electronic charger you can imagine, a nice touch.

The extra amenities were nice - free wi-fi, espresso coffee machine in lobby, bottled water, refrigerator in room.
Room and bathroom were compact, but adequate. Decor was very plain.
