Couple
Great hotel! Very friendly staff. Free fax, computer use, printing, fitness room. Our room was dirty and small, but we were offered a different room that was cleaner (still small). Hotel bar has great deal on food and drinks. You can;t beat the location! I would definitely stay here again.

Solo Traveler
Staff was friendly and very helpful. We upgraded easily. We also asked directions several times and each time staff was willing to print and mark maps for us. One would never know they probably get asked the same questions over and over.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Overall, our experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. My sister relayed an experience She was getting some air out in front of the hotel and a street person was hovering around her and the valet stood right by her as if to protect her. She was quite pleased with that.

Family Traveling with Teens
For the most part we were fine with the hotel. The staff and service was great in the hotel very helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good and reasonable. The rooms were a bit small but, we were not there in Chicago to stay into our rooms for the duration of our stay.
