Hotel Guest Reviews of the Club Quarters Wall Street

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Convenient location. Clean room...small, but more than adequate. Staff was friendly and courteous.
No. All was as expected and I have no complaints.

Great lower Manhattan location. Every subway line available within walking distance. Staff courteous and friendly. Rooms and hallways kept very clean. Very quiet, no disturbances. Adequate hot water at all hours.

Lobby was nice. Hotel is a few steps from 2/3 train. Free water bottles/water refill and snacks were cool. Staff was friendly.
Housekeeping was nonexistent. Asked for towels from front desk and a housekeeper in the hallway and never got them. Gave up. Room was small for the price. Fridge didnt work and alarm clock didnt work.

Check in/check out via automated kiosk. Free wifi in rooms. Lounge area had all types of goodies every day. There is an overpriced grocery store a few blocks away and it is the only one in the area. Get a higher floor if possible. Our window faced a side street but we could hear a lot of noise on the 3rd floor. Didn't bother me much as I grew up in NY but for someone not use to it, it's pretty annoying. Overall, the hotel was a decent place to sleep for the night. ...read more

Very nice clean and affordable hotel in heart of financial district on Wall Street. Easy walk to Battery Park and WTC site. Extremely happy.

What I liked best is the location - it was literally around the corner from where I needed to be.
The air/heat unit was very old and very loud. Also the coffee maker did not make very good coffee, probably old too. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. Internet is free but only one of the two computers was working.

The location is excellent. As a Club Quarters hotel, it is certainly adequate for the business traveler. I especially like the perk of the water bottles. I had stayed at a different Club Quarters in NYC before and that was a much nicer experience than this one on Wall Street. The rooms are older so the ventilation system is loud and not very efficient; even the coffee maker was not up to speed (it is hard to make a bad cup of coffee in the city, I know because I am from Brooklyn) but mine was pretty bad. Also the internet is free which is nice but there were 2 computers and only 1 was working and always someone waiting next in line. Staff not very friendly or welcoming, but I found that at the other Club Quarters in the city as well. It was an average, at best, experience. ...read more

This hotel was very clean and was female friendly (had a makeup mirror in bathroom) Picked this Hotel, close to our Daughter's apartment.
No - just there for 2 nights - it was fine

Price was right, clean and close to where we were visiting.

Great location near the subway
I've never seen a hotel seem so neurotic about 12pm checkout. Our room on the "penthouse" floor had some sloping ceilings and floors that might have been tough if we were really tall.

It wasnt possible to open the windows to get some fresh air, that gave a feeling of claustrophoby.

The noon check out. It allowed us to go on the harbor cruise and to the American Indian Museum before we checked out.
The room was very small and the bathroom was not very private. It would have been good for couples but I had a teenage boy with me.

Very clean, high ceilings in rooms, complimentary coffee and tea, nice lobby area, friendly staff
No views, but that's what you expect in most NYC locations.
