The staff was very helpful; beds were clean and comfortable.
It's a little old, but they had begun renovating. The shower curtain had hair on it. The ceiling was peeling.

It's very close to Cumberland Mall and my favorite restaurant Applebee's. It was also within 15-20 minutes of all attractions.

Great Location and large room with a balcony.

This location is next to many nice restaurant and a five min. walk to the mall.The rooms are large and come with a nice balcony.

No....hotel was under contruction....they cut water off completely... had to carry all luggage because the workers had all the luggage Dolly's.

The staff was good.
It was old and being renovated.

It was a basic hotel but in the middle of being repaired so it was hard to determine.

Great room and location.
It would be nice if the hotel had fresh fruit for people who need to grab breakfast & go (instead of canned diced fruit).

This hotel is located next to many malls and shopping plazas, and 3min. from a major Shopping Mall.

There were two bugs in the room. Nothing too scary though. Lol

Dirty, worse than motel 6, wall next to balcony were peeling off from water leak from balcony.
