Hotel Guest Reviews of the Coconut Court Beach Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2013

Great hotel in convenient location. All rooms appear to be ocean front but some must have better views than others. The restaurant is right on the beach, which makes eating there ideal. There are local restaurants within walking distance. You can walk the beach for 20 minutes in either direction. Our surprise was the manager's party, which was extra special.... it should be a surprise for you, too! The next time we stay at this hotel, we will book it direct, as we could have saved $25 for the shuttle from the airport, as well as free breakfast! ...

You'll enjoy lying in your rock hard bed listing to the thumping music coming from the bar until 1-2 am. The good news is its only Sun-Thur. The room is across the street down a dark alley way (a bit spooky late at night)When we checked in the bedding had holes, rusty ceiling fan spewed debris when we turned on, tiles missing on floor/shower sides, bi-fold door with see through slats to bathroom didn't provide much privacy, security bar to patio door broken, dated furniture, no telephone in room, no free in-room internet as advertised. Complained to Management who explained "Priceline" customers get cheap rooms so there not the best. There is no excuse for this response by Management just plain lazy to go and check the room they put you in to ensure its up to basic standards (this room wasn't). They were only interested in charging and additional $ 27 per night to move you into the main building. I must have got the worst room in the hotel from reading all the reviews. I would never stay here again and will be sure to tell lots of people about my experience including dealing with the rude manager. Shame on you this was our vacation and you started it of on a very negative tone. ...
