nothing good to say about this place.
Hotel did not have my reservation. 2 story motel, my room was on 2nd floor. Most of the unoccupied rooms' doors were wide open. Told Front Desk person I did not feel safe staying there. He said they were just airing out rooms after the winter! I left!!

This is a motel where room doors open to the parking lot. Management claimed the reason why he had doors wide open to unoccupied rooms was to air them out. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY!!!

Location, for my purposes. I will stay there again when needing to be in the area.
Everything was fine.

This is not a fancy place, but then the prices are not fancy, either. It is a great value and very much worth the money. So much so that it is where I will plan to stay on future trips to the area.

The night desk man was good.
Room not made up when I arrived, at 5:30 pm-- still not made up, when I returned at 7:30 pm. Queen bed had double bed sheets- when they made up the bed the next day they did not change the sheets- although I asked.

The bed was comfortable, even though I was afraid it wasn't clean.
The room was disgustingly dirty.

The room was so dirty, when we started the shower hair came out of the drain. There were dead bugs in the room and mold in the refrigerator. We both caught some kind of respiratory infection from the dirty cooling system. All in all it was a horrible experience.

Convenient to shop and eating.
Broken fixtures in the room. The breakfast was unappealing.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly. It is East Tennessee after all. There were broken lamps in the room and the soda machine was empty. The breakfast was very lame and all we took was coffee.

Basic room. Nothing special. Busy older area. No upgrades to anything - old style TVs. Simple breakfast, but OK. Clean enough for a few hours rest. Cheap rate.

The service of some of the employees.

You still expect decent service and a well kept room. The buffet basically was stocked once and never serviced again. When we checked in we were told it was a breakfast buffet with everything but the eggs. But turned out to be the same old continental breakfast with microwaveable sausage and biscuits.
