Hotel Guest Reviews of the Colonnade Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2012

The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and the location behind the Prudential Center is convenient. My room faced the street, and although the noise was not terrible the curtains did not block light from getting through. I found noise from the hallway and other rooms more annoying. The bathroom was very small. I would not give this a 4 star rating.

Great romantic spot for a reconnect with my wife. With the world class shopping in the area it was also an excellent place to part with some cash.

The hotel was in a great location, right across the street from the Prudential Center. I was visiting my niece at Northeastern University and the hotel was very convenient. The hotel was in a safe location. There is a subway stop right outside the door. The room was exactly as mentioned. The beds were very comfortable. I usually stay down at the harbor for more than twice the price but I think I'll be staying here more as it is so easy to catch the subway from this hotel. Overall, very good experience. I was a little worried about not having valet parking, but the doorman took my bags and the entrance to the garage was right past the hotel and there was a direct elevator to the lobby so it wasn't bad at all. The parking fee was a bit steep but that is pretty true of most places in the city. ...

Everything was excellent. The front desk was very accommodating. They let us check in early and offered help with directions. Parking was very convenient at the hotel and the fee was fair considering we were in downtown Boston.

Good hotel for Priceline price. Would not want to pay full rack rate for this hotel.

Very classy, upscale hotel. Good location. It is rather expensive, but priceline help a bit in that regard.
