Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Hotel Diana Venice
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.August 30, 2010

If not for the lack air conditioning, the hotel is in a great location, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the accommodations worthy of a two star. If the season were different and you're on a budget, this hotel is perfect.

The location of this hotel is good if you want to be close to San Marco Square. The breakfast was consistent with Italian standards and was overall good. The challenge was that the small room smelled very badly likely due to the carpet in the room and the mold in the bathroom. I wanted to like this hotel and hoped it to be a Venetian gem but that was not the case.

The Comfort Hotel Diana is in an excellent location for viewing the main attractions Venice has to offer. The hotel itself is severely lacking in both comfortable and cleanliness. The linens were very old (but clean). The carpeting was dirty and the furniture was scuffed, old and dirty looking. The bathroom had been quasi-updated but it was obvious this hotel battles with mold constantly. ...

This hotel is a great location, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are nothing fancy, but comfortable.

If you're looking for a great little hotel in Venice, this place is perfect. It isn't fancy and the rooms aren't big, but it is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located down a quaint, tiny alleyway very closes (but not too close) to St. Mark's. Highly recommended.
