It was clean, and near my destination.
The internet did not work well.
Clean. Parking was not a problem, and all my needs were met.Close proximenty to shopping and resturanunts.

Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Some front desk staff treat you rudely when you have booked through a deal site, but not at this location. Wonderful at helping to book flight and cruise shuttles.
The vending machines weren't working, which was not helpful. Also, there was evidence that there may have been a fridge in the rooms at some point. A fridge would have been nice.
Great location close to restaurants and shops. Convenient shuttles and car rental right in the front lobby. Beautiful pool area with a pool bar. Our King room was a great size with a comfortable bed.

The location was good
The hotel smelled stale. The pictures online are nothing like the actual hotel. The hotel is old and worn out.
I would never stay there again. I would rather pay an additional money and get a newer hotel that was in better condition. The staff seemed "put out" to have to deal with people checking in.

Location to the port .
Staff not very helpful.
If your just staying before leaving on a cruise it is ok. Getting back from the port was frustrating though. They said a shuttle would be there every 15 min but it was well over an hour before we got picked up.

Ths staff were fair except for the guy who took our luggage up; he was rude & pushy!
The breakfast was so crowded we couldn'tget near it so walked to McDonald's.

I understand that they cater primarily to the cruise ship clientel, which generally do not require parking. But when they book rooms for customers who are driving in, I would appreciate it if they didn't book more rooms than they have space for vehicles.
