Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn And Suites Branson
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.August 27, 2011

The thing that grossed me out is that our bathroom appeared to have been cleaned (folded toilet paper, new shampoo/conditioner), but I wiped brown stuff off the toilet seat and there was something brown dripped off the side of the shower and there was a glob of spit toothpaste (dried) on the bathroom counter. We got there and noticed it within the first few minutes and left for the night. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk who seemed very eager to rush up there and clean it. However, upon returning, none of it was taken care of. At that time, I was too tired to call and complain - and perhaps switch rooms, so we dealt with it. I was so totally grossed out that I would not even recommend this hotel despite it 'looking' like the best hotel around. I ended up leaving the tip envelope right next to the brown stain in the tub ... at least the next guest will not have to deal with it. The breakfast was better than average but I do expect cleanliness too so I will not be staying here again.

The hotel is a great place to stay in Branson. I loved the pool, sun deck, fitness center, and walking trail. The free breakfast was great! I will be staying at this hotel next time I visit Branson.

Property was everything we needed: great staff and location, comfortable room, great breakfast, nice pool area, and reasonable rates. We would stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is great, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub were clean and very relaxing. I will stay at this hotel again when visiting the Branson area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests we had. The rooms were clean and didn't smell musty (like other hotels of similar type have smelled in the past).

The room was good size didn't like the fact that it had 2 queen size beds in it and the bathroom was small but the staff was great and the rooms were clean, all in all a decent stay.

We really liked this hotel is off of the strip in Branson so no congested traffic. The breakfast bar was great. We have 3 children and the suite had plenty of room for us. The pool area was nice as well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
