Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

The hotel was pretty nice but a few of the staff were sketchy....for example I arrived 3 or 4 hours early hoping to be able to check in before my appointments. The woman behind the desk was lecturing me that check in time was not until 3:00 and my room was still dirty. When I let her know I was staying until the room was clean she all of a sudden had a clean room for me. She could have offered me that room initially but was too worried about informing me I was early. Hotel was ok....I'd stay somewhere again that had a fridge and microwave. ...

In all fairness, this hotel is nice for the price, and it offers a pool (no hot tub), a breakfast, and all the little travel-sized bottles you could possibly hope for, but when a place offers a shuttle, I expect that shuttle to accommodate business travelers. I don't even remember if it starts running at 7 or 8. Either way, it's way too late for most business people. The $27 taxi ride could have been avoided at another hotel. ...

It was an inexpensive hotel that seemed to cater to families and seniors. Probably a good deal for families on a budget, because it offered a good breakfast and a pool and was close to hgihways to all the local attractions.

Perfectly fine for the price - well located, handy, quiet, and clean.
