Family Traveling with Teens
We arrived at this hotel one hour before check-in and although our room was not ready, we were allowed to register and when we came back later just retrieve our key. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had to call the front desk to assist with the TV because it had wavy lines and horrible color. The assistance was prompt although the TV still did not work 100% after the fix. We were informed all the TVs were being upgraded to flat screens by December 2011. The only concern in my room was a large burned black area around the plug in the bathroom. It should have been replaced. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Much better than the hotels located in Plymouth, yet still easily accessible to the University. I think if our room hadn't been on the ground floor directly next to the lobby things would have been better... we heard the front staff talking and watching television and the cigarette smoke from people outside by the front doors wafted into our room. Both problems were only sporadic through the night and we managed to get a good night's rest. The beds were great. The Internet wasn't working, which was a definite disadvantage. Nice (yet simple) breakfast.

There aren't many two bed hotel/models in the area. This had 2 queen sized beds. It was an ok room.

Family Traveling with Teens
Not what we expected, but I guess it was right for the price. The room smelled like a lemon scented car air freshener. It was pretty clean and breakfast buffet was fine as well. It was just a place to sleep on our way to other places, so it was acceptable for the price.
