Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn Auburn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 23, 2012

This hotel was in a good location but otherwise didn't meet our expectations. We felt it was very over priced. Have stayed in other hotels in the area which were much nicer in every way.

The staff was very helpful, the parking lot was well lit and the motel had a gracious appearance.

The hotel was not terrible, but there were way too many turnoffs, my chief complaint would be that I had my 3-year-old with me and we both got very little sleep the 3 nights we stayed there. You could hear absolutely everything through the doors and walls (much more than most anywhere I have ever stayed, and I spend a lot of time on the road). Even as a good member of their hotel frequent visitor program, they put me next to the guest laundry. I didn't even realize it until the first night at about 9:30 PM when someone decided to dry their golf ball collection. That and minor annoyances such as cold coffee ever morning in the breakfast area, or them only activating my key for 1 night on a 3 night stay, so after we schlepped up to our room with arms loaded with bags after a full day of family activities we could not get into our room and had to drag everything back to the lobby to get it squared away. I might have felt a little better about it if they had apologized or even recognized that it was real hassle, but recognizing the details was not something I saw much of here. ...

The hotel was staffed by friendly and efficient people who were quick to help fix my room accommodation. I needed a non smoking room. So the staff looked and found me a non-smoking room.
