It was right next door to the hotel the Film Festival I was attending was held, but at half the price.
Nothing I can think of.

This hotel was way better than I expected. I was attending a Film Festival at the hotel next door but didnt want to pay the 100 dollar deposit and DEFINITELY didnt want to pay 10 bucks a day for internet. I will stay here ANYTIME I am in the area. It was much nicer than I anticipated.

Bedding had not been changed in rom

The hotel room was dirty. The bedding had not been changed. When we requested another room, the hotel was full. They did bring up some ne bedding; however, housekeeping had already left, we we ahd to clean and make the beds. I would had left; however, it was already 11:00 pm cst

It was NASTY!

The hotel was filthy. Our room had not been cleaned from the guest before us. The bed was bad up with the dirty sheets, the floor was covered in dust, the sink still had the other peoples spit in it, and the toilet did not flush. We did receive clean sheets upon request, but no one ever came to the fix the toilet.

Centrally located to Baton Rouge.

Hotel was OK for us nothing get nothing bad, Baton Rouge was not a city that should have been on my destination but it was a drive though city.

The shower curtain was mil dewed the drain did not drain there was rotten food under the bed from a previous guest. Plus the hotel smelled.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and it was genuine, not because it was there job.

Would stay there again, clean rooms, genuinely friendly and professional staff, not fake as if it was just there job. Good selection of restaurants very close and easy to get to.
