Immaculately clean, new, great staff, excellent location, and quiet.

The only bad thing was the bed! Not hard but no padding at all. It sagged and made lying on you side painful.

If it was not for the bed it would be a three star hotel. The breakfast is poor, but the coffee is good. I did not expect a breakfast, so it wasn't a problem. But the hard surfaced bed, obviously not a Marriott or Hilton pillow top bed, was really uncomfortable.

The Van driver was excellent,
check in was fantastic and helpful the room was newly decorated and very comfortable.

Restaurant choice and location(we ran across the busy street) were sub standard, not very good, but we were warned.

Very friendly and definitely priced right!

We are booked again for September - good value and parking is available while away. It is perfectly located for shopping, restaurants etc. and the rooms are spacious and nicely appointed.

Had comfortable bed and pillows, enjoyed the breakfast good selection and quality.

Wasn't anything I did not like on this stay.

Very friendly and comfortable environment. Had a better stay here than at larger nearby competitors. Room had a fridge that was not noisy since it was kept in a nice cabinet unlike other places that I have stayed. Nice TV in room.
