The location is definitely a plus for this hotel and is priced cheaper than other comparable hotels.
I really despise hotel bathrooms that do not have a fan located within the bathroom area.
A perfectly matched hotel for the "star" rating and having a breakfast available is always a plus. It is within walking distance of all the night life and touristy stuff to do in Denver. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay downtown Denver.

Location was a block and a half from my conference. Very convenient.
It is what you expect. Room was nice; breakfast was nice; everything was clean; nothing was overly luxurious.

Under going renovation (which it needs), but with water off and noise the price should have been lower.
Bathrooms are too small, should not rate 3 stars, too expensive ($129) for the level of accomodations. Grand Hyatt a block away is only $20 more, that would have been a better deal.

The price was reasonable with a decent complementary breakfast. The room is clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel location is very convenience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I like their free complementary breakfast. The room was very comfortable. I will stay there again if I visit Denver, CO in the near future.
