The staff was extremely helpful. They had transportation available for the times we asked and provided my family with areas for dining in the local area.
The only complaint iI would have is there were issues with the elevators, they were really slow and at one point jammed on one of the levels and had to be forced open.

The hotel was close to union station and had locations nearby for the circulator, a bus that stops at certain locations and only costs one dollar a rider. There are restaurants located choose to the hotel. The staff was really helpful took the time to show us things nearby that maybe of interest.

I thought this was a great location close to metro and I felt safe as a single female traveler alone in dc. Staff very helpful and met all of my needs. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and let us check in early, less than an hour after making our priceline purchase. The location was also fantastic, within walking distance of the mall and metro!
While the bed and linens were all clean, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner

All in all, a good choice for those looking for an affordable, comfortable place to be close to DC's attractions.

Location. and the free breakfast was good. The bathrooms were well sized and in good condition.
The room was very oddly shaped and hard to move around in. From the map, this was true of almost all the rooms on the 5th floor. Street noise was a bit loud because the windows where not installed to stop sound.

$30 valet fee.If location is key then this is good, with good service, clean rooms, helpful staff.If you want to enjoy the room, don't go here, too oddly shaped with wasted space.

The location is great, in my opinion. Close enough to the tourist attractions but removed enough not to feel too busy. The bathroom in the room I stayed must have been recently remodeled, because it was quite nice. Also, the valet parking is only $30,

My wife kept finding hair in the fresh towels that were delivered to our room daily.

Great Price & the neighborhood was fine. The circulate bus is close by for easy access to station & downtown. You can walk to the points of interest safely during the day & at night.

The hotel was quiet & clean. No noise from other rooms. Although, my room was on the corner & could become quite hot the shade blinds.
The aircon kept the room light & cool. WiFi was a little unstable in the room, but great in the business center & outside in the hallway.
A little bit of an inconvenience if making Skype calls, but fine for basic web searching. Adequate continental breakfast in the basement dining room, that was also available in the evenings as an eating place for take out food. ...read more

Breakfast was in a small room in the basement. It was overcrowded. We had to stand while eating. We found a cockroach near the breakfast room. There was a hole in the floor inside the elevator. The shower was absolutely uncomfortable.

Great place to stay. Close to all local sights. Employees are exceptional. Excellent free breakfast. Comfy beds.
