Staff was friendly, location was convenient
No elevator to my floor - had a heavy suitcase. On the way in and out this proved to be painful. Translated: my first and my last impressions involved pain.

Convenient location on the river, the town is lovely, and I'm sure it will meet the needs of average travelers seeking to enjoy the area without having to endure the expensive prices of other hotel options.

It was accessible to public transportation
The toilet leaked in the middle of night, but the water didn't overflow from the bowl, it caused damage on their ceiling. The staff warned us that we might get charge! Horrible experience...

The Hotel was conveniently located close to NYC and affordable but for the price you are paying - don't expect good customer service.

Not a bad location. .
The hotel was undergoing heavy rennovations from hurricaine sandy and failed to inform anyone of this. The kids couldve been seriously hurt, bed was dirty, room was moldy and because of such it has trigured my allergies and my children. no apology at all.

Please dont be fooled!

Need a little remodeling.

We were not in the hotel much at all, only to sleep too much to see in NYC!. It was clean and the beds slept good.

We did not stay. After checking in I was called home on an emergency to Massachusetts. Front desk manager was extremely kind in returning our payment made 2 min before.

Nothing, the hotel staff was unprofessional.

We booked this hotel on Priceline but the hotel called back at the last minute and canceled the booking as they were already full. The hotel was not apologetic for this error and we were left without a place to stay that night.

Great location
Old carpets, saw insect centipede in the room

Good location that is the price you pay for compared to New York as you can take a ferry and reach New York in minutes.The hotel needs more cleanliness replacing carpets doing proper pest conrol etc. Break fast is also not that great quality. I paid $125 plus taxes so don't think the quality of break fast worth that.

Convenient to where I needed to go.

This was your basic reasonably rated hotel on the Jersey side, across from NYC. I wasn't expecting much for the rate I paid. But I reserved online a king size bed in a smoking room. What I got was two full-size beds in a non-smoking room. They young male behind the desk said "We don't have any of those left". Hotel cleanliness was an issue as well. There was hair in the bathtub, the toilet didn't look clean. Oh, and the wifi only worked in the hotel lobby...not in the room!
