Helpful staff. Great value. Breakfast was more than adequate
First floor that you had to walk through to get to elevator smelled like smoke but I think the hotel is going smoke free soon

the smoking rooms on same level with non smoking, tere was smell of smoke in the hall.

overall, -great location, -restaurant inside bld, -dust smell from heating unit, -good parking -services at proximity

We needed an inexpensive hotel for the amount of time we were there. Less than 12 hours. The breakfast was excellet, the staff courteous, the beds were comfortable, just a great experience.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I especially want to comment on this because they were under duress due to area storms.
Had to go through smoking area to get to rooms and the smell was terrible. Although in pet-free room, someone had a cat there recently.

Very convenient off-highway location. Quiet with views of cornfields. Great staff working under pressure due to the wide-spread area storms. Although this hotel was not affected, they were dealing with many people who needed rooms from other hotels without power. Major problem that we had was that we were in pet-free room that someone recently had a cat - we know this because it resulted in a severe allergy reaction. There were no other rooms available. Had a non-smoking room but still the smell of smoke was quite strong.

Good location for our ski trip to White Tail, recommend it for convenience and price.

Building not attractive. Smoking odor in first level. Room was not well cleaned. Very comfortable bed. Heat/Cool system OK and quiet. Very good brealfast (supplied)
