Everything was good/excellent
When entering address into GPS it showed a different location, spoke to staff & she did say YES that had happened before. This could be something to do with the Address & nothing to reflect on the actual hotel

Nice enough, but staff unable to remedy problems.
We were locked out of our rooms.
Prepaid 3 rooms for 2 nights. Second night locked out of all 3 rooms. No manager on duty. We did get in our rooms after a 30 minute hunt to get help. No apology.

swimming pool.
Everything was great, other than the swimming pool was gross and the hot tub wasn't filled. The kids didn't dare even swim in it.

Free breakfast and the variety of healthy choices.
They ran out of supplies and food at the breakfast buffet because they only had one woman working, but she got another person to help her cook and thin.
Family friendly, helpful staff at desk, and great location.

No elevator for second floor, poor cell connectivity
The room was clean and adequately sized for 4 adults. Breakfast was good. There was no elevator for upper floors access.

They have a free breakfast buffet.
The layout of the free breakfast buffet was not thought out very well. Very confusing and crowded..
The hotel was very clean, just not the most modern looking rooms. The desk clerk was nice but did not seem to be overly competent.
