The beds in the room were very comfortable, better than most chains. Staff was very friendly & accommodating.
I was pleased with everything.

Pro-Excellent hotel, great staff, I would highly recommend them for your next stay. Con-Location is a bit off the beaten path since Osage Beach revamped their Interstate/local roads system. A lot of circling to get to the hotel.

Sauna was closed. Pooland hot tub were not very well heated. Breakfast area was small and over crowded. Breakfast was marginal for a Comfort Inn; have had better at other locations

The location. didn't realize until later that it was very close to the Main street Entertainment.
The hot breakfast could have real fruit and the eggs I think we powder not real scrambled eggs.

The hotel was fine and the location was OK after we figured out the lay of the land for the Ozarks. The town needs to put better signs for Business 54 and not just label the street name. I think it was (something Table).

It was a little older and out dated. I am used to having the refrigerator and microwave built in.

The staff did a great job. It was a good stay.

The indoor pool was clean AND was open til midnight.I have teenagers and this was very fun for them. I enjoyed the staff and clean rooms. We had such a good time we stayed an extra night,lol. Thank you!

The pool being open til midnight,clean rooms,coffee and hot chocolate anytime,the staff who helped us find where we needed to go,and feeding us a wonderful breakfest.When your children are happy,mom and dad are happy.

The breakfast eating area was very small and congested for the size the hotel.

Good location, good breakfast, but the eating area was small in relation to the size of the hotel. Room was clean and nice. No elevator.

Up a flight of stairs then back down a half flight to get to my room. No good when you are already tired.

Overall very nice and great for the price I paid. Friendly staff, hot coffee and I appreciated the variety of coffee in the room. Comfy bed.

It has a good location.
Our first room smelled like a dirty sock. On our second day we switched rooms and it was 50% better.

Generally good on the exterior and the common areas are decent.The rooms though had musty odors partially covered over with cleaning smells. The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.

The layout, easy to make trips to the car, location, breakfast.
The smoke free room smelled like stale smoke.

We were in town for one night to go to Big Surf water park. Comfort inn was the perfect stop off. Awesome free continental breakfast, really nice staff, we accidentally left a few items in our room and we were easily able to reclaim them and have them returned.
