Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We were in town for a funeral and it was convenient to the funeral home.
Too much noise!

There were only about three cars in the parking lot, yet it was noisier than when we stay on Bourbon Street after the Sugar Bowl. We were located in 206 next to the elevator. I was concerned that we would have noise from it, but it came from above and the room next to us. We even heard, clearly, the man in the room two doors down yelling and cussing at the people next to us to be quiet. Every time I was about to drift off to sleep, there would be a loud noise that sounded like there were doing extreme wrestling and had very loud talking and yelling. We called the front desk and even went down there to request some assistance. We go to New Orleans and Marrero quite often due to family concerns and thought we would start using this hotel because it is closer. Now we have decided to keep using the Best Western on Lapalco in Greta. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. ...read more

The rooms were nice and beds comfortable, I liked the overall space.

Considering the price I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice flat screens and the bathrooms were big. The hotel offered free WiFi, Internet access, and breakfast. Which made my stay pleasant and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to family friends and I will be returning again.

Comfortable and friendly staff.

The only problem we had is that the breakfast ended too early.

They only had one person working the desk and she had to put out the breakfast also.

The beds and pillows were wonderful. I had a great nights sleep.

The staff was kind and friendly.
The hotel housekeeping staff needed appropriate supervision.

Overall, the hotel was nice and safe. I was disappointed with the lack of absolute cleaniless, but the manager tried to resolve the issue.

It's very nice, quiet and convenient to the location that I was traveling to. Restaurants are nearby and it was easy to get to. I will probably be making another reservation to go back in about six weeks and I will stay at the same hotel.
