Great room, delicious breakfast, saltwater pool was warm and very relaxing. Good location to Berlin shopping. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom was very clean too.

Hotel was a little difficult to find but was in a good central location. Very nice amenities. Saltwater pool was warm and relaxing. Very nice staff. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Overall nice experience. Close to the shops in Berlin. Will definitely stay again.

Clean and convenient to the areas we wanted to visit.
We are smokers and fortunately it was nice weather to stand outside and smoke.

Clean, room was nice. Breakfast buffet was good and kept clean.

The continental breakfast was delicious.
There was not a lounge or restaurant.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, room was comfortable and there was ample parking.

The staff was very eager to please. The afternoon hotel clerk was very helpful and kind.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The room was above and beyond what we expected.
People didn't use the utensils when getting their continental breakfast.

This is a great hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it is in a great location. Would stay there again.
