The rooms are clean, personal are very nice, bathrooms clean. As a suggestion this hotel needs to adapt the option for the customer to decide or not to clean the liens of the beds everyday. Many hotels in the USA have that option in order to save water not only for the hotel but for the neighborhood. This and every hotel can find the way to save natural resources in Every way. The box of the toilettes are big, they can be updated using the small new boxes that are more eco-friendly.

Breakfast was terrible, atmosphere terrible, there were drunk men in the elevator. Maintenance people make so much noise with the bins they collection all dirty towels.

Good staff, you have a nice view of Monterrey not to far from down town and in a good location to go to many of Monterrey attractions without having to go through down town traffic.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel it was very nice & clean. We especially enjoyed the pool was very clean & nice setting.
