Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn Montgomeryville
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 9, 2013

AC did not work.
After going back to the desk to tell them, we couldn't get in the room with these keys, he walked us back, opened the door with his brass key and said to just call him. If we went out & he would come to the room & let us in again. He said we could call him anytime & he'd let us in, it didn't bother him. Once, in the room my wife &

no cooling. He said it's the best it would get. We said that's not good enough. We were told they were out of rooms, so we said goodbye! This all took place after a full wedding, mass, and long formal reception. ...

this hotel had very nice rooms and complimentary continental breakfast, our room floor was damp and we had a faulty smoke alarm which went off three times throughout the night before some one was sent to knock it off the wall, this doesn't make for the most pleasant experience.

I told my daughter not to let her feet hit the floor, to keep her shoes on until she got into bed. ...
