good location close to down town
the room smelled very bad ,I think they spray for the cockroaches ,witch I saw one on the second day I was there,and luckily

I won't stay there again, the building is so old and the room smelled very bad .

Very helpful and courteous staff.
Rooms were small and all of the artwork, light fixtures, mirrors and front door were hung crooked.

Nice location, great staff, comfortable beds and good breakfast. Great water pressure in the shower. Room was small and decor was all crooked.

Good location. It is 10 minutes walk to the Fame of Walk and China Theater.
Room is small. The room facilities is old. The quilt is not clean. The breakfast place is too small to service more than 10 persons.

Except for the good location, there is nothing to be praised.

This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Chinese Theatre on Hollywood BLVD. Very easy access!!

Ants in the bathroom, old room, musky smell

For the price and the location I didn't mind staying in this hotel especially considering I was out all day and I was just sleeping and taking a shower here. There were tiny ants in the bathroom and the room looked very old. The room had a weird smell to it but as I said if you're just looking for a place to sleep and wash then this hotel will work because of the great location. Staff was very nice and helpful, location for our stay was good.
Room was quite a bit smaller than we expected for the price, and while we were watching TV before we went to sleep, a large roach of some type was crawling on the wall,
I squished it with my shoe.

The staff member we talked to was very friendly and helpful, location for our visit was good. The size of room was small, I've stayed in larger rooms for less money, granted location may be the reason for higher price, other than the large roach crawling on the wall shortly be for we tried to go to sleep wasn't that bad of a place.
