Hot Tub was not working and that is why I picked this hotel.

It was ok. The room was burning hot & could only make it ice cold so it was 1 extrem to the next. I was really looking to relax, but wasn't able to.

They were very helpful and accommodated all of my needs.

I was so impressed with the way that the hotel staff and management worked with me and my church group and I will definitely recommend and use priceline.com for all of my travel and hotel needs. I am so glad that I stepped out and took a chance at using priceline.com.

It was pretty clean. The staff was nice.
The halls had a smell to them, and the hot tub was broken.

Not a bad place for the price and one night.

The room was a good size.
Due to my work hours & their breakfast hours I was unable to eat any food.

For whatever reason, each night that I came home from my military duty, I had been locked out of my room. I had to return to the front desk to have them re-activate my card-key. It was a small bothersome, but it happens.

Cleaning staff couldn't speak English.

I
was snowing hard and there wasn't an effort to even remove the snow. They were calling for over 6 inches and had about 7-8 inches on the ground and everytime

I liked that I had a refrigerator in my room.
One of the bath towels in my room smelled like cigarette smoke, as if someone had been in there smoking.

I was very disappointed in the front desk staff. I am a rewards member and when I asked if I could be upgraded, I was told that only the manager could do that and there was no manager available. It was a big hassle to have the fee reimbursed.

The pool & the mattress.
Refrigerator made too much noise coffee pot was dirty, whirlpool out of order.

Good and convenient place to stay with nice pool. More towels at poolside would be helpful. Whirlpool in pool area out of order. Mattress on the King bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but little protein offered.
