Nice beds.
The swimming pool was dirty, desk clerk(female) was very rude.

We arrived a little early and the clerk told us to come back at 4:00. we had been on the road for 4 hours and she could not accommodate us. I could see if they're busy, but there was only 4 cars in the parking lot. Bad service.

The staff was extremely friendly

Everything was what I expected. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the hotel is in a very convienant and safe location.

They had very comfortable beds.
Pillows could have been bigger and more comfortable.

I was up in Omaha visiting to check out local schools. While the hotel was in a great area, they were doing construction across the street, so it could be heard from the room. The staff was friendly, but didn't seem to know how to work some of the computer software. They had a very nice hot tub with a bubble jet with it and a very nice indoor pool. Only wish the pool would have been a bit bigger and maybe deeper (only went 4 feet). Overall though, I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend anyone traveling to the Omaha area to stay here. ...read more

Staff folding towels in lobby , very unprofessional. Over heard staff say they don't care.

Hotel was extremely over priced. Beds were comfortable is all I can say that is good.
