Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn Palo Alto
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.January 24, 2013

This hotel was very conveniently located for us and room access was great. with 4 of us in the room the sink location was excellent. The fridge froze our vegetables and fruit that we had brought with us. Overall our stay was good.

I had a Pleasant stay at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. I would stay here again.

not very friendly. We
would not allow early check-in, then suggested we return at 1:30, then changed it to 3:00.

I wasn't too pleased with my stay. I called the staff to notify them of the late check-in. The staff who answered the phone was very abrupt and hung up the phone. We were told that we could check-out later around 1pm when we checked in. However, the following morning they pressured us to get out at 11am. There is free wifi supposedly, but I couldn't get access. I left my phone charger hooked to an outlet and called the following morning and it wasn't there. So my experience was not the best. If you need a place for a very short stay, I guess this would be the place to be. ...

At around 3am some loud vibrational noise started in an adjacent room and nothing was done about it. This was very disappointing and I doubt I will return.
