Comfort Inn Parry Sound

Good location and decent price. Free breakfast is typical of these places -- not great, but enough to get you going for the day -- not enough space to sit and eat. The rooms badly need updating. Mattress was a concrete slab, bathroom faucet dribbled and had no water pressure, old TC with grainy picture. Worst though was the noise: A large rowdy group set up a BBQ outside my window and partied in the parking lot like it was their own private campground. I finally had to get the front desk to speak to them. They wanted to give them until 11-11:30 to quiet down, which is absurd. They eventually dispersed, but not until nearly 10pm. The only thing this hotel did not have was a swimming pool and hot tub.

Accessible and clean

We had no problems at this motel. We would stay there again if visiting the Parry Sound area.

The room was clean. There was no shower curtain. I went to call the front desk but there was no phone cord attached to the wall outlet. Repairs to the patio door were done on a make shift basis rather than replacing the old doors which is what should have been done. The internet access was not available both times that I stayed at the hotel. This is a problem if you are there on business and wish to do some research in the evening.
