We stayed here for the Run to the Rock Half Marathon. The room was very nice. Check-in staff member was somewhat friendly (but took a phone call while processing us). We asked for a one-hour extension to shower after the race (from 11:00 to 12:00) and were rudely denied because "others were checking in for 3:00 and may show up early." It's all about customer service - we'll never stay here again. Ever. ...

Wouldn't allow us to leave baggage in a secure area when we arrived about 12:30 pm.
