I stay because of location of the hotel.
I have stayed there a number of times and the jazzuki is always broken. They have a jazzuki on the advertising bill board but is broken. I will probably stay in Show Low the next time I go up and take the 30 min drive.
The hotel is very nice but the breakfast bar is getting less and less when I come up. It seems that they are not maintaining it and the jazzuki has been broken since December. Probably stay somewhere next time. Very disappointed that it has not changed.

It was just fine, comfortable, clean etc.
The hot pool paint was all chipped and peeling off the surface so didn't feel clean like that.

The pool looked nice and had plenty of parking.
OK for the cheap price, but don't know why they hold money from your bank account. It's best to pay cash.

Hotel rates are very affordable. Interesting sites are not far away and easy to get to from Snowflake.
We had no negative experiences while at the hotel.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff, including the cleaning folks, were friendly and very helpful with dining suggestions.

The hot tub was not working and it, and the pool need a little refurbishing.
