The furnace blower was very noisy and the temperature was hard to control.

It was convenient for us and our stay in Sioux Falls.

Luke warm shower, smoking room, and smelled very bad.

Hotel was ok, I would stay there again but not in or near a smoking room.. Was denied access to entry doors/ room door 2 times because card read/card was not working.

Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Decor of room and bathroom could be updated.

Overall we thought the hotel room was very comfortable. The walls could be washed/ painted as the wall covering showed wear as did the bathroom.

Good value for the money.

Breakfast selection OK, but not great.

Not the biggest room I've stayed in but not too small either. It was clean and comfortable. I only wish they didn't put all the lights on the room's main light switch. Would definitely stay there again.

Very easy access to the hot tub & friendly, helpful service.

Very neat & clean room, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, hot tub & pool area clean, excellent hot tub, hotel was very quiet (could not hear neighbors). Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Bed was comfortable

No bath towels or shampoo in my room

Typically I have a good experience at this hotel but this time around it was a little different. The hotel and room as a whole was good but my room didn't have any bath towels or shamppo in it which I didn't realize until it was too late. Also, the wireless internet was not very stable.
