The lady who served the coffee was nice. But seriously this hotel was awful.
Stains on the sheets, there were bugs and a tick in my bed, the smell was really bad, there was a bird in the ice and vending machine room, I could see the hallway through the giant crack in my door, the ac/heating unit was broken.
DO NOT STAY HERE. COMFORT INN AND SUITES SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

The room had live bed bugs. Staff at the front desk did not seem surprised or apologize.
The public areas were not air conditioned. The room had live bed bugs. Staff at the front desk did not seem surprised or apologize. We left as soon as possible and found the rybolt HIE where everything was better.
