The hotel was pleasant and clean. The free breakfast was excellent they provided a wide variety of breakfast foods to meet all guest breakfast food likes.The staff was very helpful. We had to cancel the second room. Called hotel and talked to front desk in advance of the Friday noon time line to cancel. When we got there the second room was still connected to our reservation. Make sure you have the name of the front desk person you called and talked too cancelling the room. This was helpful when explaining we cancelled the second room. The current front desk staff corrected your bill and cancelled the second room upon our arrival. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
The Courtyard area was not very clean. The hallway outside the rooms needed sweeping. The picture is very deceiving. Hot tub was not in service. It is obvious they have done some remodeling so hopefully its a (Diamond in the rough).

Solo Traveler
Bed bugs everywhere I looked. I had to kill a few bugs, management gave me another room with more bed bugs. I would say this place is infested. The manager was very rude when I complained about the bed bugs. The maintenance guy yelled at me and said if you don't like it go somewhere else. I never stayed at such a low place and never will again. Stains on the walls from previous lodgers from killing bugs. Horrifying, dirty and I would never go back. ...
