Price. location, staff, cleanliness, free hot breakfast and complimentary eveing cookies fresh-baked.
The exercise room is cramped and primitive. The treadmill slips dangerously and the elliptical is impossible to figure out. The hot tub was out of order.

very spacious clean room
the fire alarm went off at 2am and the receptionist turned it off before the fire department arrived so that "it wouldn't wake everyone"! Made me feel really safe!

Staff was friendly, very helpful, from fixing a common tv/cable box problem, to recommending a safe place for walks in the woods (very much appreciated and enjoyed). Quiet guests on my floor.

The breakfast was good, they had self serve blueberry waffles that were really good. They had cookies at the front desk at checkin, that were amazing! Def get the oatmeal raisen. Soo good.
The hot tub was closed. And the indoor pool was not heated, nor did the room even seem to be heated, so it was very cold, me and my son weren't in it for longer than 5 minutes bc it was so cold.
There are noooo places to eat. Next door is a dunkin doughnuts or a tavern. Tavern does not deliver to the hotel, even tho it's next door. We did order dinner and pick it up from the pricy tavern, but the food was very very good.

Amazed when we saw crackers,cheese and a beautiful pitcher of lemonade for guests in lobby. We had driven up from New Jersey and were tired, tired, tired. The BEST part was the staff at front desk, welcoming, cheerful; and cleaning girl (Kristina?).
Front desk made sure two older, single women had quiet room on 2nd flr away from elevator. Restaurants were a mile away. Loved it! Normally would not have taken a hotel in an 'industrial park' but area was safe, clean, right off highway.
Do NOT let 'located in industrial park' keep you from booking this hotel. Only a mile from the hotel was a neighborhood of homes, stores, cleaners, a great sports bar/restaurant that had good New England food at very reasonable prices. The interstate was a short drive away.
