getting to the hotel and being sent to 2 unclean filthy rooms before finally settling in Room 111. I was pretty grossed out and upset that they no longer offered a manager hosted happy hour as advertised. I could have really used a glass or two of wine

The room was much better than expected, I was booked a smoking room which I didnt mind. The tall ceilings helped to keep a smoke smell all but nonexistant.
The lobby seemed cramped/not well laid out.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near the Market Center area in Dallas. I was more than pleased with all aspects of this hotel!

The room was smoking, 1 bed instead of double bed requested. The bathroom door lock would not close.
Really below average hotel. Rooms were very average. Breakfast was the better part of the hotel stay.

Accommodations were what I expected, the variety of food items on the free breakfast buffet, was a pleasant surprise.

My only complaint is the lack of service and the disagreeable demeanor of front desk personnel. It was convenient to Love Field, rooms were decent, provided free internet and breakfast. I was assigned a smoking room but asked for and received a non-smoking, so that was good. The girl at the front desk was always very friendly.
