No computer to use. room was on 1st floor on the road side and very noisy. I also have a charge for $5.92 pending but I didn't order anything.

I stayed at this hotel before in February and was very satisfied. This time the front desk wasn't very efficient or proficient, the business computer was in the shop and the room was on the 1st floor on the road side and very noisy. I kept waking up all night. Was not at all happy with my stay this time.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

No complaints.

We traveled with 6 teens. The staff was very accommodating. We wanted rooms together and wanted to know where the nearest shopping center was. We were given good directions and given a call when our rooms were ready. We were also give written directions to the stadium and a good restaurant.

The staff was very friendly. They not only answered questions, but they had good answers and were cheerful.

This hotel was not in a great part of town, but there was night security. I think that's Memphis.

I would stay there again.

The room.

The staff was very friendly, but the room was very weird. They had a high-def TV in there which was weird but cool. The doors looked old and I felt unsafe in them and the bathroom felt dirty even though it was clean.
