It was fine. No frills.
The "free" breakfast was lame. The hot food was thin sliced deli meat and processed egg patties. Yuck!! There was construction banging going on right next to our room. Good have easily been booked at the other end of the hotel.
It was cheap - that's good. And you get what you pay for. Will not stay again based on terrible breakfast and construction in hotel.

Plenty of parking, lobby looked new, very nice staff.
Room was a bit smaller and older than I had hoped.
Very good location off I88. Spacious parking lot and clean lobby and breakfast room. Room was very adequate for two people, but smaller than hoped. Bed was worn out and had valleys that were hard to sleep on.
