The staff was friendly & helpful, the beds were comfortable, we got the room location we requested, we liked having a refrigerator & microwave. We liked the bathroom layout & the shower. The breakfast was decent.
The toilet was uncomfortably low to the ground. We wish all hotels had comfort-height toilets, but this was lower than some other standard ones.
We were looking for a conveniently located midprice hotel for an overnight stay on a driving trip. This met our needs pretty well, about what we expected.

The friendliness of the staff, the clean room, free full breakfast.
A little difficult to get to.
Very pleased overall, the staff was great, the breakfast filling, good hotel to stay at with small children, very family friendly.

Staff very friendly, hotel & room very clean!
Loved everything
Initially had a room that was suppose to be non-smoking, but clearly smelled like cigarette smoke. I was miced to a non-snowing king suite with no upcharge for the room. Very satisfied -would stay again & recommend to other guest.
