Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn & Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Large rooms, desk with electric and Internet plugs.
Close to intersection, but not quite enough so caused
you turns to access highway.

The swimming pool.
Different things.

The hotel room was fine. They could not find our reservation though and then they charged us for items they said we took and then once
I made a big deal about it, they said they found the item, so they were going to pay us back, which still hasn't happened.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.
Hotel advertised indoor pool, but was outside!

The hotel was great, but since we were traveling with many kids, we paid extra to have a hotel with an indoor pool since it was cold outside. The advertising said it had an indoor pool, as did the hotel book that was in the room! The pool was outside! I know this might not be a big deal to some, but when traveling with groups with many kids, this was a big deal to the kids, since it was too cold to swim in the pool outside! The hotel should fix this advertising statement! ...read more

Was on way to where I was going.
Had to change own sheets.

Sheets were dirty when I arrived, told girl at front desk and she gave me clean ones to make the beds with. First time I ever paid to stay at a hotel and was required to make the beds. The exterior hall door opened and closed loudly most of the night, due to the kids having a party across the hall. This hotel looks to be new and in the process of going downhill fast to match the surrounding area. ...read more

It was clean and neat and
secure.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay, everyone there was friendly that we encountered. It appeared that the room had been recently redone or had not been completed. Part of the wall covering was missing in the bathroom and it appeared that there was a chair missing as it had a large empty space in the room. The small refrigerator was off balance. It was inserted in a small cabinet and when you opened it, it teetered back and forth. Overall, this was a nice room but some of the finishing details were not completed. ...read more

Breakfast.
No ground floor rooms. My wife cannot walk well and we prefer a ground floor room.

Three stories, with no apparent maintenance staff available. Rooms nice, but difficult setup for coffeemaker. Unplugged. Took phone calls to desk to get phone service on for local calls. Room seemed to have been occupied by difficult clients and no room prep made since.
