The staff were friendly and accomodating.
The information notebook in the room had pages scribbled on by a child. Also had coffee spilled on the whole inside of the book. Towels had big, long, threads hanging from the edges. The Coffee Maker was dirty where you pour the water in

The building was nice, the beds were comfortable.

It was a good location, especially because it was within walking distance of a restaurant.
It does not have the same quality as others in its class...such as comforters with covers that can be washed for every guest. The bed was not very comfortable. The shower was very weak. The man at the front desk was not friendly and even snapped at me at

I personally don't think the quality of this hotel is the same as the other two hotels of the same star level in Warsaw. It was below average quality, in terms of bedding, shower, bed comfort, temperature.

We liked the pool for our grandson.
There was no liner for the shower so we had a flood. We needed lots of towels.

The breakfast was decent. The food was luke-warm. The eggs were terrible. The staff was wonderful.

Breakfast, friendliness of staff, Courtyard, had a great time in the pool, although it was on the cool side and we got chilled.
Got chilled in the pool - turn it up a few degrees for the fall and winter seasons.

Friendly staff, great location, pleasant courtyard, comfortable rooms, hot breakfast. The outlet at the desk would not hold the plug in, so annoying if you want to use electronics of any kind!

Lobby was nice, you can tell it was redone recently.
The rooms. Bathroom tile was broken, shower old. Mattresses old, decor not up to date or in good condition.

It's not the worst hotel I've been in. I expect the bathroom not to have broken tile, the bathtub not to be so old, the beds to be comfortable and more inviting, and the room decor to not look so cheap and with defects. My TV remote didn't work either. When I was checking out, the guy behind the counter was obviously on a personal call when I walked up, put the phone down, didn't even ask me how my stay was and wanted to be done with me so he could get back to his conversation. ...read more

Staff, not necessarily front desk, was especially friendly.
When I checked in, front desk help was so preoccupied with Internet being down that she didn't give me my credit card back.

Staff was really friendly though front desk help was not quite as much. Hotel help was loading furniture very early outside my window so difficult to sleep. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was okay.

It took 3 trys to get the right room.

Beds were to high off the ground the elevator quit working.
