Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Inn University
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.October 23, 2011

The hotel was very clean, and quiet, the staff was great, I felt comfortable staying there. The hot breakfast was a surprise, I wasn't expecting so many items to choose from, no one could walk out of there hungry. I will stay there again for sure.

As we walked in with our luggage, the area had a musty smell, but the rooms were fine. I usually have trouble sleeping on hotel beds but these were so great. We didn't check out the coffee maker until the morning, which we found out wasn't working. The rooms suited our needs for the one night we needed to stay.

Older, run down--halls smelled. I've stayed at many comfort inns--and will be traveling to buffalo often. I will not stay there again.

For a one night shopping stay, the location and accommodation fitted our travel plans. Cleanliness was OK to good.

Clean, Nice People. Had I received a non-smoking room, my experience would have been much better.
