Room big, no noise, and friendly staff.

Large rooms, extra pillows, great location good value.

Very friendly staff, beautifully arranged. It felt luxurious compared to what I paid.

I booked this hotel as we were driving down the highway after 8 hours in the car. Had we not been so tired we would have turned around and left as soon as we walked into the room. The walls were dirty, the carpet was dirty. We slept and woke up early the next morning. As we were packing our things, my husband found KY AND MOLDY FOOD under the bed. Totally disgusted!!! We were given a room different than our reservation. The second room was occupied by another guest, and the third room was finally exactly what we wanted to begin. The manager on duty was very rude and unfriendly. The elevator was not working and was out of order. It was loud.

Hotel was clean, friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

I had a conference at the Sheraton, where the rooms were double than this hotel. Location, location, location: This motel is a 5-minute walk from Sheraton. The free airport and close by rides were really great since there are no place of attraction (including eateries and malls) in its vicinity.

nice little place. close to the westport plaza. the shuttle service was brilliant.

The hotel was nice. We came at the wrong time because of new carpet installed on the 3rd floor. I as a female did not care for the outdoor pool and not having a hot tub. We have stayed at Comfort Inns with these good extras and enjoyed them.
