Comfort Suites Airport North

Would stay there again, especially if I was informed the issues with the bathroom had been taken care of.

My husband and I had an amazing stay! He is currently living on base in San Antonio, so when I come to visit from Virginia, it's important that we can relax and feel comfortable where we are staying. The Comfort Suites was perfect. Large room with two tv's and a spa bath, living area, dining area, king size bed, refrigerator, microwave, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was really helpful. There was a small store by the desk where they sold all different types of drinks, snacks, and frozen meals. There was a table with all the information you could want for ordering food, and basic info about the San Antonio area. The breakfast in the morning was okay. The location of the hotel is great, set back off the road so there is no noise. Plenty of parking. This hotel I wouldn't recommend to anyone. When we checked in, the room wasn't even ready for us. They had to send cleaning crew to clean, which they cleaned in a hurry and didn't clean the tub or the toilet. Internet connectivity was really slow, & we had 3 different laptops and was slow on each one of them plus smart phones. There was little selection for breakfast.

Very good for the price ;spa tub was wonderful.

This hotel was very comfortable and roomy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and smelled good. It felt like a home away from home.

Hot tub did not work, ice machine on third floor didn't work, and bedding was obviously not changed before check in. Staff was friendly but didn't seem concerned that the bedding was soiled and not changed between guests.

I would NOT recommend this hotel at the rates they charge. They promise an airport shuttle, but require you to hire a cab for reimbursement. This is unfair to cab drivers who wait hours for a fare, and then make minimal money on the short ride. The staff was friendly, but the hotel was only adequately clean. The hotel was nice and clean. It was in a safe area and for the most part was very pleased with our stay. The only thing was that the breakfast was not that good. There were no eggs left. The only thing that was there was toast and cereal. and the waffle s were available. When we were leaving the eggs and potatoes and ham were being brought out.
