Group Traveler
The hotel was very nice and the staff exhibited very friendly personalities. Everything was clean there wasn't not alot of noise in the hallway.The price was reasonable considering the fact that it was a busy weekend due to college graduations.

I would not stay there again. Management does not follow through on their promises and did not respond when contacted about the issue. There were stains on one of the bedspreads. The shower curtain smelled sour. The tub did not drain. The "full hot breakfast" did not live up to that definition unless you like to microwave your hard boiled eggs. The biscuits provided for sausage gravy (which was ok) were stone cold and hard. Had to microwave it first. Overall a disappointment for the price paid. ...

The room space and lay out was great. It was nice and clean. The location was convenient and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Front desk people were great. Very nice. We were on the first floor, a little close to the lobby. There were many teenagers staying there so it was a little loud. I could hear the people upstairs walking around. The toilet in the bathroom constantly ran but we were too tire to complain,

The Comfort Suites Gateway Savannah was exactly what we needed for this trip and was close to the venue for the martial arts tourney we came to Savannah for, since it's only a short drive to Downtown, it was convenient for our short getaway. Our room had a microwave and fridge, which was handy. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a clean and comfortable place with convenient highway access (close to US17 as well as I-95). ...
