The woman at the front desk was very nice even at 11 pm at night when we checked in.
It was really hard to find and our GPS even had trouble finding it. We had to call the hotel cause we were so lost.
Look at a map before going and don't rely on your GPS. IT's kind of hard to find.

The sofa was hard as a rock.
Difficult to enter since no left turn is allowed while heading west on 120. Just need to turn around at the hospital a few blocks away. Room was clean and large. Had an unexpected surprise of a refrigerator and microwave with the king room. Will stay again.

Room was new and very clean, large bathroom and great service. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice.
The entrance is a little bit hidden and you can only get in if you are going eastbound. We were coming westbound from the highway and had a pull a u-turn. I grew up in Grayslake so I know my way around but if you had been there it could be confusing.

The room in this hotel was fantastic, the location is out of the way and a little difficult to find. GPS doesn't work well in this location.

The bed was super comfortable and the pillows as well. Best night's sleep we've had in a motel/hotel for as long as we can remember.
Entry off of Belvidere Road is a little tricky as there is a median that cannot be crossed. Our GPS led us in just fine from the east so we had a right turn into the hotel.

Location was convenient for Gurnee and rate was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.
Heater turned itself off after every couple of hours. Hotel did not have staff available at night to resolve the problem. They offered to switch our room but for one night we were willing to live with it.
