Solo Traveler
This hotel is a nice option for travelers passing through Kelowna. Though the hotel has no airport shuttle service, the shuttle takes approximately 10 minutes and costs 20CAD, booked for us by the very friendly Comfort Suites staff. The rooms are fairly spacious and well-appointed and the breakfast, though not particularly extensive, offers a decent selection and good food. I would definitely stay there again. ...

We were in kelowna on business, however, I spent some additional time in our room. It was clean, bright and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Family Traveling with Young Children
It was a nice comfortable stay other then the annoyance of the unsupervised minor children in the pool area for hours, running screaming and jumping in and out of the hot tub, slide and pool. Splashing and taking away from the family time with our younger ones. Very intimadating for the young kids. Counter service people should have been more observant in the later evening of this happening. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located and if I ever return to Kelowna, I will definitely stay here. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kelowna.
