Good location for early monring flight out of NOLA. Female front desk person when we left at 4:45 AM was very helful in chekcing on our cab

Convenient to interstate, clean and comfortable room.
Viewed the swimming pool, and it smelled of chlorine, and it was very small.

Convenient to the interstate, close to restaurants and attractions. Only 15 minutes to the French Quarter. Room was large, clean, and comfortable.

I barely had any hot water. I had it turned up all the way and no cold turned on and no pressure. Breakfast was blah.

The staff, the assistant manager had a horrible attitude and did not attempt to accommodate my needs.

I called for direction once my husband and I arrived in Kenner. Once I approached the counter, I was informed of a water line breaking and they would have to send me to another hotel. Management decided to send me to a Comfort Inn by the airport. I asked what could be done regarding my inconvenience and I was informed by the female assistant manager very rudely, nothing. I was almost in tears as my husband and I had gotten off work that Friday and hit the road anticipating celebrating our two year wedding anniversary in a wonderful suite at this hotel. We were sent to a smaller Inn which they were not even aware of why guests were being reassigned to their hotel and had to make several phone calls to inquire about how bill should be handled. After driving from Memphis for five hours and hoping to enter our room, relax and then hit the French quarter, I was disappointed and felt the hotel should at least offer a free night stay or a dinner voucher but no.
